The powder coating process that is used to cover the steel is a high quality pure polyester powder for electro-static application. It is also the same anti-rust technique used in watercrafts/boating and universally applied in the outdoor painting process
Design and layout
Many customers will already have a specific idea of the exercise area they want to achieve. We are, however, available to discuss putting together your outdoor fitness area. Our customer service specialists are happy to discuss each piece of equipment and its exercise values to help with the most effective choices of equipment for your fitness program and your outdoor fitness area. We will also provide you with a written quotation confirming the costs of the equipment you are interested in purchasing for your Outdoor Fitness gym, playground, park, trail or training area.
Following a pending equipment order, if needed, we can also help to provide you with a schematic layout drawing of your outdoor-fitness area, which can be discussed and modified until a final layout concept is reached
Storage of the equipment is necessary before the installation, it is recommended that the equipment be stored indoors in a dry and secure area until the scheduled installation begins.
Installation
Outdoor Fitness Equipment is not complicated to install, although, because of its strength and durability, it is heavy and certainly requires some muscle power. Full detailed installation drawings and instructions will be provided
